The main objective of our design is to create innovative and modern architecture which respects international architectural measures, but also adapts and emphasizes the characteristics of Moroccan architecture. In our design, we have chosen to adhere strictly to the construction philosophy specific to the BOSCH brand (light and transparent construction and concrete construction), which is compatible with modern Moroccan architecture.
The exterior image of the building suggests a cube floating in the air. The two main glazed facades let light into the space and dematerialize the border between the interior and exterior. The other two side facades are characterized by the combination of white plaster with traditional Moroccan motifs and wooden sun protection.
