ONE-FIVE ONE-SIX WONDERS is a project that allows one to make the investment in a house in Marrakech which through its design, complex amenities and comfort, eventually becomes a home. This project was envisioned by a young British Moroccan architect with a British background to allow residents of the complex to be able to connect with the beauty of the Atlas Mountains while enjoying top-class comfort.

The complex has a total of 36 identical villas, yet each villa offers its residents a unique experience. The unique attribute of the villas is the overall experience received when residing in one. This experience starts from the entrance where upon crossing the gate you have access to the restaurant area. In the same area, you have other communal spaces to which members of the complex have access before enjoying the tranquillity in their homes.

This tranquillity extends to the city of Marrakech, where the project is located. The city is known to have 11 months of sunny weather and has two natural boundaries: The Atlas Mountains and the Sahara Desert. The location of the compound allows for a view of the Atlas Mountains in the background. Marrakech is the international reference of Morocco, where the likes of David Beckham, Bill Gates, and Robert De Niro chose to come to enjoy the relaxing sunny weather. Marrakech has ideally located a couple of hours from major European cities and one-stop flights from many other major international cities.
