The winner of the International property award 2021-2022 gives free rein to the luminosity and harmony of lines and materials. It seeks to be composed of light in order to skilfully integrate it into the creation process. To do so, particular attention is paid to the issue of this sensitive material to allow on the one hand to generate emotions but also to control the consequences to ensure the good natural illumination of interior spaces.

The Atlas Mountain that the site overlooks is thus a significant motivation for the design’s open, outward-facing orientation. It’s a design that makes comfortable spaces to appreciate the external condition's beauty. The villa is characterized by its high transparency which allows the construction to fit harmoniously into the surroundings, to create a space open to nature and to let in light.
