The challenge of the ENCG concept was to create modern, innovative buildings, emblematic and symbolic of the functions to be accommodated in these spaces while respecting the architecture of the city. The guiding idea was to offer a set of buildings on a human scale with an architecture close to future users but also adapts and highlights the characteristics of Moroccan architecture.
The external image of the administrative buildings suggests a superposition of rectangular prisms floating in the air, unique and distinguished from other buildings. The educational centre is an enormous compact volume distinct from the administrative building by its design and compactness. The nature of the project, the regular shape of the site and its orientation, suggest a spatial distribution of the project into three main zones.
