This Summer camp covers an area of 7 hectares and is located in the territorial commune of Chbaika in the province of Tan-Tan. It is easily accessible from the national road between El Ouatia and Akhfennir.
The challenge of the concept was to create a modern, innovative building, emblematic and symbolic of the functions that its spaces must accommodate while respecting the coastal and exotic theme of the area. The main idea was to come up with a set of community entities that will be linked through lively spaces that will take precedence over the interior quality of life of the summer camp.
The development of the site is the result of a compromise between the specificities of the program, the spatial potential of the site and the precepts that can be drawn from the thematic local architectural heritage of southern Morocco. The project is thus presented in the form of a compact program, anchored on the adjacent national road in length while respecting a setback of more than 10 meters from the boundary of the land. Thus allowing an adequate distance for the discovery of the exterior layout of the main entrance and the reading of the entire facade of the project.
